Short term accommodation available

Student accommodation available from April to June
Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in William Murdoch starting from April 2025 until the end of the tenancy period on 8 June 2025. The ensuite room (with its own bathroom) is £164 per week, all bills included. It's a 5 bedroom flat on the ground floor. The building has a recreational room with a ping pong table and a laundry room. There's a bike parking place as well. Note: you have to be a student.
