Bentley House is our student accommodation in Birmingham that puts you in the centre of everything you could need.

Aston University campus is just over the road, Birmingham City University (BCU) is a 16-minute walk, and University College Birmingham is a 20-minute walk, plus easy transport links if you’re studying at the University of Birmingham. All 534 rooms come fully furnished, so you can move right in.

Your Room Choices

An en-suite room in a shared flat – which vary between 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms, with a shared kitchen area.
An individual studio – which has a built-in kitchen area just for you. This is the ideal choice if you prefer your own privacy or you’d just like a nice, quiet time (there are only two of these studios in the whole residence though – so be quick!).

Double Occupancy - £25 extra per week – Studios only.

What Your Rent Will Cover
- All your water, gas and electric bills
- As much central heating as you want or need
- Lightening-fast 100MB broadband and secure Wi-Fi
- TV (shared, in your flat’s kitchen area)
- Access to the common room (which has games tables)
- Use of the private on-site gym
- Use of the on-site laundry facility – which you’ll be thankful for, trust us!

- Quick maintenance if you ever need it
- Free postal service

As you can see, we’ve got most things covered – you’ll just need to take care of your food, drink, toiletries, and all that other personal stuff.

Student Life in Birmingham
Birmingham offers plenty of student fun – you’d expect nothing less from England’s second-largest city! Whatever you’re into, you’ll be able to enjoy it here.
If live music’s your thing, there’s the Genting Arena and the Barclaycard Arena for big pop and rock concerts, then the O2 Academy and the O2 Institute (AKA Digbeth Institute) for smaller indie/alternative gigs.
For general nightlife, there are literally hundreds of places for you across the city. From student-friendly bars and clubs to historic pubs and hip real-ale places. It’s not all alcohol-focused either – there are cinemas, theatres, comedy clubs and more.
In terms of shopping, you’re spoiled for choice. For all the high-street names you’d expect to see anywhere, the huge Bullring Shopping Centre is a safe bet – it’s right next to Birmingham New Street train station and only a short walk from Bentley House!
Again though, with Birmingham being such a large and vibrant city, there are great shops, restaurants and cafes all over the place. As for buying food, you’ve got those handy Tesco Express stores, and for your weekly shop there’s an Aldi 15 minutes away.
